Zappos Embrace Holacracy

Millennials are the kids who were born between 1977 and 2000. They’re also the next generation of buyers, sellers and CEOs. Many of them operate a little differently, which is why online retail store Zappos has embraced holacracy into its internal structure. Holacracy is a structure that allows workers to self-manage, embraces a collaborative work environment and get rid of the hierarchical structure–all of which make for a great, open work environment. The jury is out on the approach, but you have to give them credit for thinking outside the box. Read more about holacracy here:
