A report from the ITU said that 3.2 billion people will be on the Internet by the end of 2015. “For every internet user in the developed world there are now two online in the developing world, meaning there are 4 billion people in developing countries who are still not connected/online.” If the push to bring the Internet, higher Internet speeds and 3G networks to developing nations succeeds, then the possibilities are endless, including social, political and economic growth.
