The roadmap to contextual communications: sensors, apps & analytics
“Contextual Communication” is going to be a critical trend over the upcoming years. If you don’t already know, contextual communications involve both placing voice/video in context (i.e. embedded into an app, website or device) and applications which use contextual information to help the user achieve a particular objective or purpose.
There are 3 different types of contextual information:
- Virtual context
- Physical context
- Analytic and Big Data context
