I’ve recently been working with a project called BRAND U Events designed to help 20 high-potential brand marketers from a number of Fortune 500 Companies be deliberate about the management and acceleration of their career. As we are gearing up for the next Event, taking place in Silicon Valley at LinkedIn’s HQ on 26 – 27 February 2015, I have been giving a lot of thought to how individuals can focus on their careers with the same attention they give the brands that they work.
